Lanice, the office manager, went above and beyond to explain the process for insurance reimbursement, making everything so clear and stress-free. Unlike mine, my son’s journey with braces here at Beach Cities orthodontists has been pretty smooth and painless. Dr. Sinclair is very knowledgeable and patient. Joanna is super kind, too. The only downside is that they only open 4 days a week and Dr. Sinclair’s availability is scarce.
