My daughter has an excellent experience at Beach Cities Orthodontics! Doctor Brothers, Dr. Sinclair, and their staff are so amazing—friendly, gentle, informative, and efficient! The office is very nice, clean, bright and welcoming. My daughter was initially terrified of getting braces, but everyone here made her feel at ease and were so gentle during process and she was not scared anymore and thought it was much better than she had anticipated. Every visit after that has been so easy and pleasant, too. The whole process has been so smooth, from the consultation, the financing options, to the braces procedure itself. I highly recommend Beach Cities Orthodontics; I will definitely have my younger daughter come here too if she will need braces in the future.

7/15/2025 update: Exciting day today! My daughter got her braces off after 15 months and her teeth look so great! My friends said she has a million-dollar smile! The process of removing the braces was painless and smooth and she received a nice treat at the end. Dr. Brothers and her staff really made her feel special! Thank you Beach Cities Orthodontics for making my girl beautiful! She is now going to wear her retainers at night and will have her next check-up in 6 months. I am so grateful that my girl’s dentist referred me to Dr. Brothers & Co.!

We relocated to the area a few months ago, and I was looking for a good orthodontist for my son. I came across an ad from Beach Cities Orthodontics offering $750 off for retainers, expanders, or other procedures. I reached out, and from the first interaction, the team was incredibly friendly and welcoming — just what every parent hopes for.

Now, I’m writing this review six months after my son had his expander placed, because I like to give honest feedback based on real experience over time. And I can confidently say: I’m really happy we chose Beach Cities Orthodontics.

Let me clarify — we didn’t receive the $750 discount yet, as it only applies to the second stage of treatment (which will be braces), not the expander. While that was a little confusing at first, I still feel the care and professionalism we’ve experienced make this place absolutely worth it.

The way they treat their young patients is amazing. They’re gentle, encouraging, and make the whole process smooth and positive — not just for the kids, but for the parents too. When my son is happy, I’m happy.

The staff, the orthodontist, and everyone in the office truly go above and beyond. I have so many good things to say, and I’ll continue to share more as we move forward in the treatment process. For now, I just want to say thank you to the entire team for making us feel so well cared for.
