Had a great experience at BCO. Very pleased with my Invisalign treatment. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. I am actually a returning patient as an adult, having had braces here about 20 years ago as a teenager, and with several retainer losses along the way, and upon my last retainer loss I decided to move forward with Invisalign. We started orthodontic treatment with Dr Sinclair, who retired mid-treatment, and completed it with Dr Brothers. Braces came on just before COVID. The entire staff, nurses and doctors were top notch. Scheduling appointments was easy. Treatment was always straight forward. Braces finally came off, and his smile is beautiful. Received an Invisalign retainer, which my son said is easy. Overall, great experience- even thru Covid!

Absolutely LOVE this place. My daughter who was on the fence about getting braces and initially very scared told me they were THE best. We loved the office staff and doctors especially Dr. Kristin and Nancy who worked very patiently with my daughter to put her at ease right from the start. Hands down the orthodontist at Beach Cities are a dream team! We never feel rushed! We never feel unwanted! Very welcoming and all-around great vibes! Always accommodating when it comes to booking appointments ,(that can be difficult with three children, school schedules, etc. )The office manager has been so helpful and diligent always making sure we are thoroughly taken care of... Love her! Of course, all of the assistance are great! Seriously, they are all Rockstars!!! Think of a well oiled machine! They are on it! Plus they bake homemade cookies daily , the BOMB!!! Beach Cities Orthodontics was recommended by daughters dentist. They’re so kind and patient and my daughter has a tendency to be very nervous and shy but never once did she complain about a orthodontist appt she looked forward to it every time. When it was time to take off her braces she was extremely nervous and they staff took extra time to explain to her every step. And when I had to help her out they even took little brother with them to help bake cookies and color pictures. They make you feel like you’re family there. The ENTIRE staff at Beach Cities Orthodontics are amazing! Both of children visit Beach Cities Orthodontists. Just recently, my daughter was referred for a consultation. She was nervous, but all of that changed once she walked into her appointment! From meeting Mica who was so sweet and attentive to her by including her in the appointment. Dr. Brothers, the orthodontist was so caring and made sure she answered all of our questions and concerns. My daughter left her consultation excited about getting braces on! On the day of her braces to be put on, Nancy made sure my daughter was comfortable on her two-hour appointment! The staff truly makes everyone feel welcomed, not to mention you get a wonderful cookie on every visit!!Highly recommend Beach Cities! I was referred by my destiny office. And I am just so so happy they did. I came for my first visit to see if they can help me fix my teeth. I honestly didn’t think they would be able to because of my age. Well now I really believe is NEVER too late. Mica was the BEST made me feel so welcoming comfortable and so easy going. I am 27 years old and finally decided to get braces! I stumbled on beach cities ortho on google and I chose them automatically and so glad I did! As soon as I walked in every person in there made me feel like I’ve been going there for years! And one person that made my experience amazing was micah! She was truly amazing and made me super comfortable she has the enthusiasm that a lot of places need. She and the dentist also helped me pick the right braces for my teeth and I couldn’t be happier with my decision going to them!

Dr. Brothers at Beach Cities Orthodontics was outstanding! She was highly recommended by my dentist and she did an excellent job with my orthodontics. I came in to have a wire retainer replaced since it had broken. The staff was friendly and Dr. Brothers was able to replace the bonded retainer wire the same day! Prices were very fair as well. I will definitely return for all of my orthodontic needs!

Wow!!! Where do I begin?? I had an exceptional experience during my recent visit. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The entire staff was not only professional but also incredibly friendly. I’ve had braces in the past with another orthodontics and visits were always stressful and unpleasant, so this was such an unexpected breath of fresh air! One person stood out among the rest - Mica. She went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and was extremely knowledgeable, addressing all of my questions with ease. Her energy was so warm and calming, she really made me feel at home. Mica is truly a superstar! Dr. Brothers, the orthodontist, was equally impressive. She displayed a high level of professionalism, thoroughness, knowledge and kindness throughout my appointment. She took her time and demonstrated great patience and attention to detail. I felt at ease knowing that I was in capable hands. To top it all off, as I left the office, I was pleasantly surprised with a freshly baked cookie. It's those little touches that make this place truly exceptional. I couldn't help but think, can this place get any better? This was, without a doubt, the best orthodontic experience I have ever had. Beach Cities Orthodontics was recommended by multiple people including my daughter's dentist & pediatrician. It was super easy to make an appointment and we had no wait even though we arrived 10 minutes early. Mica was wonderful and got my extremely shy daughter to smile and even laugh once. It really take someone special and knows children really well to get a reaction out of my daughter. I really loved the technology the office uses and the frequent communication. Great customer service and really looking forward to our treatment plan. And when you couldn't think the appointment could go any better--you can pick up a freshly baked cookie on the way out!

I had a wonderful Invisalign treatment experience with Beach Cities Ortho. Dr. Brothers is the absolute best. She is very knowledgeable, professional, patient, caring, meticulous, skillful, experienced, accommodating, and most importantly, her great artistic sense is very much appreciated. Dr. Brothers always took her time to carefully examine everything each time before letting me leave the office. She always said, "it's the little things that count." All the small yet beautifully, carefully, and detailedly crafted touches make huge differences! She's just amazing in every way and I truly appreciate her. Also, I'm impressed with the advanced equipment used in the office.The office is super clean, spacious, and has a relaxing ambience. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and nice. Once, I forgot to reschedule an appointment, the staff kept trying to get me rescheduled so I could be on track. Also, the wait time from check-in to getting taken inside is always very minimal in all of my appointments. They also have freshly-baked, super yummy cookies at the front desk that I just couldn't resist! I will miss seeing Dr. Brothers and her team a lot!

Informative first visit with very detailed pre-visit video provided before the appt. I was so prepared with the video's great examples and explanations for the available braces for my child. Mica also made us feel very welcomed and comfortable with her excellent communication skills and rapport with my son. Overall, feeling confident to start the process due to Dr. Sinclair's expertise with my son's oral evaluation.

Waited probably a maximum of 1 minute after arriving there, for an appointment, to be seen. Staff was incredibly nice, helpful, concise, and asked multiple times if I had any questions, which is a good thing for me because it provides a lot of opportunities for people to ask things that they're wondering. Took both kids for a consultation today and was incredibly impressed by the office. The waiting room was cheerful and welcoming... didn't feel like a dental office waiting room at all. The staff was awesome, especially Mica who walked us through the process every step of the way. I think she must have a special superpower that eases patients anxieties and actually makes them look forward to having braces! Dr. Brothers was fantastic as well. I appreciated her honesty and thorough evaluation. She explained things in a very digetstable manner and I especially loved how she interacted with and explained things to my kids. The icing on the cake was that she gifted my Taylor Swift loving daughter a special "Swiftie" friendship bracelet 😍 Made her day! Lastly, you know it's a good sign when you run into your kid's dentist in the office with her own child!

To take my son on the same journey as I once was on. I wanted it to be less traumatizing from what I'd experienced (30 yrs ago). Beach Cities Orthodontics rewrote the script! My son enjoys his regular visits to see his ortho family. Everyone is ALWAYS kind and helpful. The open space where all the work is done is surprisingly chill, calm and CLEAN. The lady(sorry forgot her name) that helped with billing and benefits was amazing. She allowed my kids to play with the sandbox on her desk while I asked questions to help me decide which option was best for my son. Lanice, at the front desk is cheerful and helpful in everyway! Thanks for the coffee tutorial... My daughter is planning for braces as she looks at her baby teeth. haha I never would have imagine how the right Ortho office and staff can make a huge difference! Everything about our first visit at Beach Cities Orthodontics surpassed our expectations. We walked into a clean, organized, relaxed waiting room with coffee and a friendly staff. The staff (doctor included) was all standing at the front, listening intently to their young patient excitedly sharing his new Spanish skills. They were all so supportive of this child, and you can tell he felt so comfortable there.Next, Mica, the Treatment Coordinator, came and brought us back for my son's x-rays. You know when you meet someone who is so clearly in their perfect job? That's Mica. She is warm, kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgable. She spoke clearly to my son, told him what to expect, and was flexible and patient when he needed extra time and explanation. She told me she read all the notes I provided ahead of time about his medical conditions, which you would think is a given at a healthcare provider's office, but is actually incredibly rare!Mica speaks as warmly and sincerely to the patients as she does to the parents. She never made us feel rushed, and she was incredibly thorough during our initial visit.Dr. Brothers was also wonderful. She was great at explaining everything to my son, allowed him to have a say re: how far back the chair reclined (he doesn't like it too far back), and answered all of my questions patiently. She also read his medical records ahead of time, and both she and Mica took the initiative to print out additional materials for us to review, to make sure allergies wouldn't be a problem moving forward.The visit ends with freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. What's not to like ;)I was kind of dreading having my son start this orthodontic journey, but now I'm genuinely excited to work with the team at Beach Cities Orthodontics.

I love Beach Cities Orthodontics - but more importantly, my kids love it! The atmosphere is so welcoming and inviting for kids. They have toys/games they can play in the lobby. Mica has a Zen garden in her office for the kids that really helps distract them when the adults talk about orthodontic and financial plans. In terms of pricing, I have compared with other family members that go to different places and they seem to be on par with many of the most cost effective places. The sheer fact that my children don't grumble or fight me when we have to go here because of the extra planning Beach Cities has done for children and their kindness is worth every penny! And PS - sometimes they have fresh cookies =D
